As requested through Amazon I have tried to contact the seller and never received a response. I currently have put a claim into amazon for this purchase and awaiting a full refund with cancellation of the order. All in all it has been a huge headache. The Dvd inside had been sliding around and there are some signs of scratches. I have not watched the dvd yet to see if has effected it.
