Yes...and it shows...in a good way. You don't see the same level of quality and attention to detail in programming of modern kids edutainment titles. Plays on XP fine, and has a seemingly infinite amount of replayability. Voice acting is top notch. I rarely if ever say something is perfect, but I really cannot think of one negative about this title. It is non-judgemental and repetitive which allows a child to learn freely or unencumbered. Imagine your child (pre-K) sitting and enjoying this software! As a parent, I really enjoyed the software and I really do believe my son picked up on my excitement (modeling)! Comment: This is a wonderful computer game for a new computer user. I purchased this for my friends 3 yr. old and she just loves it. It keeps her interest for 20 minutes. She can navigate the pages herself. I had originally purchased it years ago for my special needs daughter. It provides great animations to encourage the kids to keep playing.
