There are no problems during the order, everything was on time and in the original packing. The Hard Drive looks very fancy and is very small - so you can take it with you wherever you go. There is a program you can install but it's not necessary, it works without it as well! I compared gigs to price with what would fit my Dell the best. It is small- 5 x 4 inches or so, which is nice, and comes with a 12 inch USB cable. The installation was easy and quick. I'm not a huge computer guru, so I wanted something that would be easy to manage. It works great, just what I wanted and for a price I couldn't find anywhere else. I am very partial to Toshiba products, as I have purchased several and never been disapointed. This product is no exception. I it small and light enough to fit into a shirt/jacket pocket and is capable of holding so much information. I would also recommend the Case Logic case that Amazon sell for it, as the drive fits into it perfectly and is pretty much indestructable. I would highly recommend the Toshiba 320 GB and the Case Logic case and would purchase the exact same items if I ever fill up the 320 GB drive. More Reviews
