Free trimmer cord for life (pay postage). Customers service really sucks, but the trimmer itself can't be beat by anything out there now. I finally order a second one for my wife to use, it's so light she realyy enjoys the benefits. the cons are "customer service" i just wish that in the USA you could find someone that SPEAKS ENGLISH when you call in to get some help. I getting a little tired of all this outsourcing to other countries. But over all I like it and will get the new cordless mower from Amazon as soon as it is released. Perfect for small yards and battery charge holds and lasts me two trips for my 1 acre useage.
