We used their trouble shooting guide to no avail. We then attempted to contact customer service via email and phone. They have NO customer support, I have yet to receive a call or email back from them. So you're on your own if you buy this product. I was lucky enough to return it to the store and get a refund; four months later. I did a lot of research on these products and thought I was buying a quality product...boy was I wrong!!! Customer Rating: Summary: works great Comment: Works great! I know as soon as I see a mosquito, that it's time to change the propane, or someone has turned it off.
