I started purchasing them last year and now own them all. Easy to switch from one tool to another in short time and with lots of batteries (some come with two) I always have fresh. I've found that the weed-eater works well even tho in second year. Spools are too easy to use to bother winding my own! The battery doesn't last very long, so it is a good thing it came with 2. They take a long time to charge.
