I make a lot of gallery quality prints and the Canon Inks are splendid in my good Canon printer. This group of inks has the colors I need most frequently. However, the packaging is a nightmare to get through. I have mixed feelings every time a supply of inks arrives as I know it will be a long time before I slice/slash through the plastic wraps to get at the product I need. Especially for a store like Amazon, it should be easy enough for Canon to dispense with the extra 'pilfer proof' plastic. I've tried many "compatable" inks and have not been satisfied.. The ones I've tried had good color, but faded over time. They have also clogged my printer with regularity. In my estimation, it's the old "you get what you pay for..." Not that any ink is cheap. I've done my homework and this Canon Multi-Pack thru Amazon is the best deal I could find...
