She used it a couple of times before giving up on it as a lost cause. Now it sits in the bottom of her bathroom vanity cabinet. Interestingly other folks say it works great for softening gunk before they scrubbed the gunk off with a toothbrush. I think this is the result of soaking, not this device's cleaning abilities.
