It doesn't have the heavy volume of Myoplex but I am not really a big fan of that type of shake. It has a smooth delicious chocolate taste. I like the vanilla with berries! This has healthy ingredients with Whey Protein Isolate, Casein, FOS, a vitamin and mineral blend and Probiotics. I find this to be a filling shake wil only 130 calories. There is not artificial sweeteners in this prodict WOHOO! With any food product it is all going to be a matter of taste but you can see by the reviews here that the majority really enjoy these shakes!
