No funny color, no weird texture or taste. You can't tell the difference between this stuff and Barilla or any other of the best 'normal' pastas. Except that it won't screw up your low carb or diabetic diet. You won't feel 'stuffed' or tired after eating it. I love spaghetti...it's been my favorite dish since I was a kid, so I wouldn't recommend this if it wasn't the real deal. Eat up and enjoy!
