It beats having to worry about popsickles melting in the hot car on my way back from the supermarket. As others have said, these are high quality molds and the drip catcher is another great feature. We can make healthy treats that equal a glass of juice. They work great, you just hold them under hot water a minute to loosen the shell and the bottom part holds the drips.
