I made these during the reception and they were awesome. They arrived in a great package - it was exactly what I was wanting and more. I highly recommend this puree! Customer Rating: Summary: This stuff is awesome!!! Comment: I purchased 3 containers of this product and I love it!! Although it did not arrive in dry ice, all 3 containers were frozen. It makes great bellinis, but I also would recommend trying the drink recipes that come with the product. My favorite is the "peach me up." Also, I recently found a container that apparently was "lost" in the back of my freezer for at least a year. I used it anyway. The drinks were outstanding, and there were no ill effects. My only "complaint" is about the shipping fees, and I wish I could buy it in a local store, but I can't. So, I'll grit my teeth because it's worth it. I've only tried the peach, but I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors and to making some of the non-drink receipes. I highly recommend this product in spite of the high shipping fees. Customer Rating: Summary: amazing martini starter Comment: You mix equal parts of the peach puree, vanilla vodka, and pineapple jiuce - add a small amount of peach schnappes, mix with ice, pour, add a small amount of chambord (after the mix is poured into a glass), and you get an amazing martini.
