Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Not bad for the money Comment: I only used this a few weeks until I purchased another cheap MP3 player. It does eat batteries pretty quick but it gets the job done. If you want to listen to MP3s, espically podcasts, I would say buy a GPX MP3 player from Kmart. You don't have to burn a MP3 CD you'll only use once, and it takes less batteries. Within 2 weeks the top to this player will not stay shut, so much for the anti-skip feature, the top won't stay shut! If you are looking for a gift fora child you can't go wrong with this one. Customer Rating: Summary: COBY MP-CD521 Player Comment: This is a terrible product. When you turn off the CD, you must disconnect the batteries or they run out. To disconnect the batteries, you must use a knife since they don't come out with just fingers. The CD skips at the least jostle (not even running). There is no warning that the batteries are running low. The CD just stops. When you turn the CD off, it will not resume at the same place if it is off for more than a few minutes, but goes back to the beginning. AWFUL. Customer Rating: Summary: Very nice!
